Carter and the Foam Peanut Incident
Last week we got a package in the mail and I opened it because I could not figure out who would be sending us stuff in the mail. I regretted opeining it up with Carter there as I did not think any thing of the peanuts. I came back from the kitchen and this is what I saw. Instead of being mad and yelling at him I decided to laugh and take pictures of "Curious Carter." I will have some fun stories to tell about that kid some day.

Christmas pictures
Last year we got Christmas pictures taken at a studio like every year and they did not turn out very well and were really expensive. In 2006 we got pictures taken at Portrait Innovations in Lincoln and they do an awesome job but with a newborn and short on time that wouldn't work so Jason suggested we just do them ourselves and this was the result. Actually it was alot of fun and got some really good pictures out of it, plus it was very inexpensive. It was a win-win scenario. Go us.

Hailee, My big Helper
Hailee has been the worlds biggest helper. There are alot of times that i wonder how I would manage without her help especially since Carter has been the "anti-help." The other day Jason called @5 and said he was gonna be late (little did I know late was gonna be 10). It was my first journey with all three at supper, bathtime, and bedtime. Hailee helped get her and Carter's supper on the table and got Carter sat and situated and she also gave Carter a bath and helped get his PJ's on (Brooklyn was really grumpy, she has a VERY sensitive tummy). She even brought me a diaper down for Carter because he still wears one at night. We have been giving her lots of praise because she has been wonderful so if you see her tell her what an absolutely AMAZING little girl she is. I told her after Christmas that I would go to the store with her and let her pick out something special.
