Well we had our Ultrasound on Thursday the 4th and we still have a girl (big relief). She is growing and looks perfect. She is very active. I on the other hand, am exhausted and don't feel like moving at all but that is impossible with my two very active children. I definitely am feeling the third trimester, I am not feeling well most days and am sleeping very crappy, but she will be here soon and she will be very worth it.
Hailee starts soccer and dance today, we have a very busy day ahead of us. She had soccer game at 5:30 and dance class starts at 6:30 so she will have to wear her dance clothes under her soccer uniform, which will be okay since it is not very warm today and layers are always good on a chilly day. Jason thinks that I should make her choose, he is such a party pooper. I would agree with him if this were to happen every Tuesday, but it wont. Soccer games are on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturday mornings, but they don't always have a game. Her dance class is every Tuesday at 6:30. Hailee is very tired these days with getting used to Kindergarten, its a long day for a 6 year old, especially one who is used to being with her mommy all day every day. Over Labor day my parents took Hailee to Worlds of Fun and spoiled her rotten, she had a blast. Travis, Cassie, and Andee went with them. Hailee had so much fun with everyone, especially Andee. They laugh and giggle together. Hailee always asks why Carter cant be more fun like Andee. I told her Andee's appeal would wear off too if you had to be with her everyday, she insists she wouldn't.
Carter is enjoying sissy being at school. He gets more spoiled then usual, not sure that that was possible. He refuses to go on the potty, but we will get him there. He is talking more and more, he can speak in full sentences and finally express what he wants instead of just screaming at me. That is very nice. While Hailee and everyone was at Worlds of Fun we went and completely redid Carter's room. I will post some before and after pictures. We turned his "baby" room into a full fledged "big boy" room. He is pretty proud of his new room. He is getting better about staying in his own bed. Not fully there, but much better.
We were all in a parade this past weekend "Yorkfest." Hailee and I sat on the "cyclonaire" float as Jason pushed Carter in the stroller passing out candy. We had a pretty uneventful weekend but is was pretty nice.
